The Merge Guide command enables you to combine two projects containing different marking guides but similar student lists.
To activate this command:
Open the File menu
Select Merge Guide. The Open dialog box will appear.
Navigate to the location in the file system where the project file you wish to merge is stored.
Select the Open button.
The marking guide will be appended to the end of the current projects marking guide and all student results added to the existing students results. If a student is not found in the existing student list, a message will be posted detailing which students were not added.
