Student - Email All Results

Description

 

This facility provides the ability to send the currently stored results for each student to their designated email address. The subject for each email will be generated automatically and includes the student ID and Title of the marking guide. 

 

To activate this command:

 

  1. Open the Student menu.

 

  1. Select Email All Results. The Preferences dialog will be displayed enabling adjustments to specific settings.

 

  1. Ensure all settings in the Email area of the Preferences window are correct and completed in order to email results. 

 

  1. Click OK.

 

  1. Select the Yes button in the final prompt to send the results. The Email Status window will appear confirming each email that has been sent. (Any message other than Sent means that that specific email has not been sent.)
